Dr. Saqib Gulzar from the Department of Food Technology, faculty of Agro-Industry, PSU, attended the Thesis in 5 minutes competition held in Selangor, Malaysia on 7th January 2020 and bagged the silver award for the thesis titled “Lipids from cephalothorax of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) using ultrasonic assisted extraction: Pre-treatment, enhanced oxidative stability and application” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Soottawat Benjakul
