To be an academic and research leader in Agro-Industry in Southeast Asia and provide services to develop Thai community based on research knowledge.

To achieve teaching and learning quality at an international standard for Agro-Industry and produce quality graduates with ethics, morality, and professionalism to meet the national needs.
To lead fundamental and applied research with international recognition in areas accordance to the national strategy and to utilize knowledge systematically for the society.
To become a part of the society network that offers technical services to community and industry in need in Southern Thailand for improvement of living quality and community sustainable development.
To operate the organization with finance system more independently and flexibility which lead to financial efficiency and sustainability.
To nurture and preserve local cultures of Southern and other parts of Thailand.
