The faculty of Agro-Industry, Prince of Songkla University is one of the most important educational institutions for graduate studies in southern Thailand.The faculty of Agro-Industry is organized hours 4 departments , which are the Department of Food Technology, the Department of Industrial Biotechnology, the Department of Material Technology and the Department of Agro-Industry Technology Management. Nutraceutical and Functional Food Research and Development Center is in the Faculty as a multi-disciplinery health research center. In addition, Agro-Industry Development Center for Export (ADCET) and Measuring Instrument Calibration Center serve as technical support units to the local industry.
